  • 3 eggs, separated

  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of white vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and white vinegar until the mixture is smooth and pale yellow.
  5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to overmix and deflate the egg whites.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in mounds, leaving some space between each one.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cloud bread is lightly golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
